What are the dishes for making hot pot?
Such as beef, mutton and pork, pig offal, pig tongue, pig liver, bacon, lunch meat, beef tripe, yellow throat, duck intestines, chicken wings, crispy sausages, quail eggs, ham sausages, sausages, liver tendons and bullfrogs.
In fact, any meat is suitable for hot pot. Beef, pork and mutton are best sliced in advance (ready-made can be bought in supermarkets), and these meats can be eaten after rinsing for a few seconds. Slice lunch meat, ham sausage, etc.

6. Staple food
If you are afraid of not having enough to eat, finish the above ingredients and cook noodles with the remaining soup. You can add some hot pot noodles, instant noodles, sweet potato powder, vermicelli, handmade noodles, gluten and the like.
