When the young man landed, he threw away the chaff. When he got home, he found something flashing in the fish basket. A closer look shows that there are some melon seeds in the seam of the fish basket. He understood that this was given to him by carp essence, and he was very grateful. He traded melon seeds for a new fishing net and fished hard on the Tingjiang River. Since then, I have stopped worrying about food and clothing, and my family is very happy.

A red carp suggested that everyone jump over the dragon gate and volunteered to make the first attempt. It made full use of its own strength and became a dragon. Seeing this, the carp in the north of the mountain are scared to shrink together and dare not take any more risks.

A dragon descended from the sky, telling other carp not to be afraid and encouraging them to jump over the dragon gate. Although everyone worked hard, only a few people succeeded in the end. Anyone who can't jump over and falls from the air will have a black scar on his forehead. To this day, this black scar still grows on the forehead of the Yellow River carp.
