How did Li Shangyin, a poet in Tang Dynasty, describe paper-cutting?

Li Shangyin, a poet in the Tang Dynasty, wrote a poem, "Carve gold to seize and pass on fine customs, and cut people into A Jin style." In other words, the Jin dynasty has cut it into "people win" with colorful silks and things like that. In the Tang Dynasty, it was recorded that "on the day of beginning of spring, paper-cuts were small, or hung on Yu Meiren's head or decorated under flowers".
