Practice: 1, measure 250ml of water and pour it into a beaker to stir. At this time, the rotating speed is 200-600 rpm, weigh 5gPAC and slowly pour it into water, adjust the rotating speed to 800 rpm, and stir until the PAC dissolves (about 15 minutes).
2. Add 5.4 g of dispersant and 0.5 g of defoamer, increase the rotation speed to 2000 rpm, then add 50 g of kaolin, 50 g of titanium dioxide, 42 1 g of heavy calcium carbonate and 14 g of water, and disperse for 30 minutes.
3. After uniform dispersion, add 1gabp95, 10g film-forming additive, 5g propylene glycol,1g preservative and 1.5g defoamer, and reduce the rotation speed to 800 rpm and disperse 10-20min to achieve uniform particle-free.

1. Slowly add cellulose 4 18P while stirring at low speed, add ammonia water after stirring for 10 minute, and continue stirring for 30 minutes.
Until 4 18P is completely dissolved, add Peng Runtu, and continue stirring for15min until it is completely dissolved.
2. Add 5- 13 in turn while stirring at low speed, and stir for 5 minutes until the mixture is uniform.
3. Add 14- 17 while stirring again. When adding each bag of powder, wait until it is completely wet before adding the next bag.
4. After the powder is added, stir at high speed for 30 minutes.
5. The paint slurry passes through a 60-mesh reed and is pumped into the transfer tank.
6. Grind until the fineness is below 70um, and put it into a dilution tank.
7. Pump the emulsion into the paint slurry with a diaphragm pump, add 18- 19, and stir 10 minute until it is even.
8. Evenly mix TH-82 with water and ASE-60 with water, respectively, slowly add them into the paint, and stir for 10 minute.

1, the whole process should be accurately weighed according to the formula and added in strict accordance with the formula order.
2. Weigh water, add defoamer and AP-95, and continue to stir at high speed for 3 minutes.
3. Add 4-8 in turn while stirring at low speed, and stir for 2 minutes until the mixture is uniform.
4. Under high-speed stirring (1200 rpm), add 9- 14 in turn, and finish adding each bag of powder.
Wait until it is completely soaked before adding the next bag.
5. After adding the powder, stir at high speed for 30 minutes, check that there is no abnormality in the paint slurry, and stop stirring.
6. The lacquer slurry passes through 40-mesh radish and is poured into a transfer tank.
7. Grinding with a sand grinder, the grinding temperature is not higher than 55℃, and the fineness is ≤70um.
8. Slowly add the weighed cellulose HEC into the weighed ethylene glycol with stirring until the mixture is uniform.
9. Add water into the stirring tank, slowly add the mixed solution of cellulose HEC and ethylene glycol under stirring, and stir.
10 minutes later, add AP-95 and continue stirring for 30 minutes until uniform.
10, add 20-23 in turn while stirring at low speed, and continue stirring 15 minutes until uniform.
1 1. Pump the ground coating slurry into the dilution tank with low-speed stirring.
12. Slowly add the mixed thickener while stirring.
13. Use the residual water in the later period to jack the car, adjust the viscosity of the paint and test the fineness.
14. After passing the inspection, when the coating temperature is lower than 50℃, the coating will be packed through an 80-mesh screen.
