Wang Wei, secretary general of Anxin Shoe Industry Association, said in an interview with The Paper that shoemaking is a representative industry in Anxin County. After many investigations and studies, the association decided to move to Gaoyi County, Shijiazhuang City, and complete the "double transformation" in the process of transfer, that is, the overall transfer and the transformation and upgrading in the process of transfer.

Santai Town, Anxin County, with a history of more than 3 years, is known as the "northern shoe capital". However, because they are too close to the new district, everyone is worried that there may be the risk of secondary demolition. Before the overall plan of the new district is issued, local counties and cities dare not undertake it, so they will not choose this scheme. Second, in other provinces, such as Shandong, Henan, Shaanxi and other places, the policies, land and financial conditions provided by the local government are quite generous, but most enterprises do not want to move their destinations too far from home, so they will not choose this scheme; Third, it is other areas in Hebei Province, such as Shijiazhuang, Xingtai, Handan, Hengshui and other cities, which is a suitable transfer place that most enterprises agree with.
