Preventing juvenile delinquency is the main content of our work. We have established a working system to help and educate young people who violate the law, so as to prevent other people with criminal tendencies from committing crimes again.

Second, deepen legal publicity and education, eliminate interference factors and maintain government stability.

The village comprehensive management committee has taken various effective measures to do a good job in legal publicity and education, which has improved the people's civic awareness and legal concept, which is the ideological basis for comprehensive management of social security. First, fully mobilize the whole society to carry out the creation work, pay attention to the use of various propaganda media tools, and widely publicize the great significance of safety creation activities. The second is to regularly carry out various forms of publicity and education activities on safety creation and distribute leaflets to villagers and the masses in the past. Over the past few years, we have studied and publicized the labor law, marriage law, law on the protection of the rights and interests of the elderly, law on the protection of consumers' rights and interests, constitution, traffic law, administrative licensing law and other laws and regulations. The third is to strengthen community mediation, improve the construction of village mediation committees, and equip mediators to effectively solve problems for villagers. Do a good job in the construction of mediators, hire people with strong political quality and certain legal knowledge as village voluntary mediators, strengthen professional training, and constantly improve the ability to handle cases, so as to achieve standardized mediation procedures, standardized civilized formats, standardized archives and materials, and obvious mediation effects, closely focus on mediating civil disputes, prevent conflicts from intensifying, and persist in solving contradictions and disputes at the grassroots level to the maximum extent. Ensure village safety, maintain social stability, and give full play to the frontline role of comprehensive management of social security. We adhere to the principle of combining adjustment with prevention, deal with contradictions in time when they are found, do ideological work of villagers patiently and meticulously, and there are many examples of resolving contradictions in the bud, such as husband and wife turning against each other, neighbors quarreling, property division and so on. Eight shield disputes have been mediated, with a success rate of 100%.

Third, solidly carry out safe construction and build a harmonious and stable new xx.
