Defects of tentative Chinese teaching grammar system

The tentative Chinese grammar teaching system belongs to the traditional grammar system. It divides grammar into lexical part and syntactic part. Lexical part is mainly part of speech, while syntactic part is mainly part of sentence. It holds that there is a corresponding relationship between sentence components and part of speech. These are typical traditional grammar viewpoints, which were transmitted from Indo-European grammar. However, due to the lack of morphological changes in Chinese, sentences are mainly composed of large and small linguistic units, and phrases are more important than words, so it is not appropriate to apply this sentence analysis method mechanically to Chinese sentences.
