Jiaozi originated in an ancient corner with a history of 1800 years. It used to be a special food in the north, and a steaming jiaozi is an indispensable food for reunion on holidays. Now it has been widely circulated, and it is a very common pasta.

Jiaozi bag method

Put a little stuffing in the middle of the dumpling skin and touch the edge of the dumpling skin with your fingers. Select one side of jiaozi and make it about 1cm. Take jiaozi's side and fold it slowly from right to left. 40% off and then close it. The folds should not be too dense, otherwise the whole jiaozi will feel very crowded with little stuffing. If it's fried dumplings, you can put more stuffing and squeeze out the extra stuffing.
