The origin of Mid-Autumn Festival:
The 15th day of the eighth lunar month is the traditional Mid-Autumn Festival in China and the second largest traditional festival in China after the Spring Festival. Also known as Mid-Autumn Festival, Reunion Festival and August Festival. It is a traditional festival of Han nationality and most ethnic minorities in China, and it is also popular in neighboring countries such as Korea, Japan and Vietnam. Because autumn (referring to the lunar calendar) is in July, August and September, August is in the middle of the year, and August 30th is in the middle of the year, it is called Mid-Autumn Festival. So at night, when the moon is bright, there are more people than family members, so it is also called the reunion festival.
Mid-Autumn Festival greetings:
1, the breeze sent my blessing, and the bright moon brought my greetings, a wisp of breeze and a wisp of bright moon. The moonlight is boundless, there is love in the world, and the Mid-Autumn Festival is happy.
2, send you a Mid-Autumn moon cake, sincere+happy; Shelf life: life; Nutrition: warmth+happiness+true feelings; Make: People who miss you.
3. That thing. The moon in Mid-Autumn Festival hangs quietly outside the window. I stared at it as if it were a mirror, and you and I were looking at each other.
4. When the festival arrives, I will send you a moon cake: the first layer of wealth; The second layer of luck; The third layer of good luck; The fourth layer of romance; The sandwich in the middle is sweet and dense. I wish you a good mood every day!
As early as the Han Dynasty, there was already a Mid-Autumn Festival in China. But not on August 15th, but on that day in beginning of autumn. On this day, princes and nobles went out hunting and brought their prey to the temple. In the Tang Dynasty, there were no records of Mid-Autumn Festival stories in various books. In the Song Dynasty, there were more records about the Mid-Autumn Festival. At that time, in the Mid-Autumn Festival, "the family complained about getting married, and the people fought for restaurants", and even the poor citizens "undressed and drank, barely welcoming guests". Since then, the Mid-Autumn Festival has become the second largest festival in China after the Spring Festival.
Mid-Autumn Festival is a traditional folk festival of Han nationality. Besides Han nationality, Hui, Su, Zhuang, Buyi and North Korea also celebrate this festival. It is related to the ritual system of offering sacrifices to the moon in autumn in ancient China. Mid-Autumn Festival is on the 15th day of August of the lunar calendar every year, just in the middle of Sanqiu, hence its name.
