Siwutang recipe
Siwutang is different from the traditional soup we understand, because it is mainly made of medicinal materials, so more people are willing to understand it as medicinal soup. Siwu decoction, which is composed of Radix Rehmanniae Preparata, Radix Angelicae Sinensis, Rhizoma Chuanxiong and Radix Paeoniae Alba, has a remarkable curative effect on people's symptoms such as qi and blood imbalance and physical weakness, and is a rare medicinal decoction.
The standard Siwu decoction can regulate people's health, whether it is healthy or suffering from a certain disease, which is quite beneficial. However, if roses are added, it is a prescription for treating dysmenorrhea, and adding red dates and medlar is a nourishing soup. According to the different materials added, the effect is different.
The practice of siwutang is actually very simple. As long as there is a medicine pot at home, after all the materials are cleaned, put all the materials directly in and add the right amount of water. After the fire is boiled, cook it slowly with low fire. The final amount of soup depends on the amount of materials.
Siwutang has many benefits for women, but it is not suitable for children, because children's resistance is not enough to drink so many herbs.
