What are the investigation behaviors?

Investigation behavior refers to all kinds of special investigation activities carried out by investigation organs in the process of handling cases according to law. There are seven kinds of investigation behaviors stipulated in the Criminal Procedure Law:

Interrogating a criminal suspect Interrogating a criminal suspect refers to a kind of investigation behavior in which investigators ask the criminal suspect the facts of the case in words according to legal procedures.

Questioning witnesses and questioning witnesses by victims refers to a kind of investigation behavior in which investigators conduct verbal investigation on witnesses in accordance with legal procedures to understand the case.

An inquest, inspection, inquest and inspection is a kind of investigation behavior in which investigators investigate and inspect places, objects, bodies and people related to crimes. The nature of inquest and inspection is the same, but the objects are different. The objects of investigation are scenes, objects and corpses, while the objects of investigation are the corpses of living people.

Search and search refers to a kind of investigation behavior in which investigators search and inspect the bodies, articles, residences and other relevant places of criminal suspects and people who may hide crimes or evidence.

The commonly used appraisals of investigation organs include: forensic appraisal, forensic psychiatric appraisal, toxicity appraisal, criminal science and technology appraisal, accounting appraisal, general technical appraisal and so on.

Wanted is of great significance for the public security organs to fully cooperate, mobilize and rely on the broad masses of the people to arrest criminal suspects, combat and stop crimes, and ensure the smooth progress of investigation and trial.
