L, strictly implement the party's line, principles and policies, the implementation of national laws and regulations. Adopt democratic and scientific methods and procedures, preside over party group meetings, judicial committees and hospital affairs meetings, brainstorm, study and decide major issues and major cases, and ensure the smooth progress of all work centered on trial activities;

2, presided over the overall work of our hospital, in charge of party affairs, office and other work by the dean in charge;

3. Obey the work arrangement of the county party committee and the superior court, accept the supervision of the National People's Congress, try and guide major difficult cases, and sum up trial experience regularly;

4. Review and issue relevant documents, work arrangements, work summaries, work reports and other documents of our hospital;
