Glass production process?

The main raw materials of glass are: silica sand (sandstone), soda ash, feldspar, dolomite, limestone and mirabilite.

Process flow:

1, raw material crushing: crushing the above raw materials into powder;

2. Weighing: weighing a certain amount of various powders according to the planned ingredient list;

3. Mixing: the weighed powder is mixed and stirred in batches (coloring agent is added to colored glass at the same time);

4. Melting: the batch is sent into a glass melting furnace and melted into molten glass at 1700 degrees;
