Anqiu's famous specialty
Fried meat with coriander is a local snack, and its authentic origin is Jingzhi Town, Anqiu City, Shandong Province. There are also golden noodles and three-page cakes in the town, which are said to be eaten by Jingzhi. There are four kinds of authentic Jingzhi stir-fried meat: coriander stir-fried meat, leek stir-fried meat, garlic stir-fried meat and tribute stir-fried meat. Its meat is as thin as vermicelli, with fungus, sesame oil, fennel, shrimp and so on. 70% of them are meat and 30% are vegetables.

Three-page cake was originally a traditional dish of Anjou Jingzhi. It was produced 300 years ago with the prosperity of Jingzhi wine.
Pan Zhi roasted meat
Pan Zhi (Pan Zhi) roasted meat is a famous dish in Anqiu, which is produced in Panzhi Village, Jingzhi Town, Anqiu. Its main components are pig head, pig intestine, pig stomach, pig trotters, pig heart, pig liver and pig lungs. It has a history of more than 600 years. It is made by washing, kneading, boiling, smoking and baking with the secret recipe of Ming dynasty palace diet and more than 20 kinds of Chinese medicines.
