What stone is the slate for barbecue?

There are many slate used for barbecue: volcanic slate, Korean medical stone slate, rock slate and so on. At present, most of our barbecues are granite produced by stone processing plants.

Note: Do not use sandstone when grilling slate, because it contains water, which will burst when heated, resulting in the ejection of stone chips; If natural volcanic rocks and granites are only cracked by uneven heating and improper use, there is no danger of stone chips.
