Yangjiang special food

Yangjiang's specialties are: fried rice with goose, mom, Yangjiang salty dumplings, shrimp and crab porridge, and fat sausage.

1. Goose fried rice

Baisha goose fried rice is soft and refreshing, fat but not greasy. The aroma of rice and goose is fully integrated, and the color and smell are good, which attracts many foreign tourists. Its preparation method is to put the cut goose meat into an oil pan and stir-fry until fragrant, then add chopped green onion and stir-fry for a while after a series of seasoning and ingredients, or add other miscellaneous materials, such as sausage and shrimp.

Second, mom.

Ma Zi is one of the four great delicacies in Yangjiang, and it can always be seen steaming in breakfast shops in Yangjiang streets. Scald the noodles with hot water, then roll them into sheets, and finally cut them into strips with a kitchen knife, which looks like noodles. This is equivalent to the handmade noodles of the rice noodle version.

Three. Yangjiang salty sweet dumplings

Yangjiang people call jiaozi "Tangyuan", just like jiaozi in the north, which symbolizes reunion, but this kind of jiaozi is not sweet, but salty, and the ingredients are not wrapped in it. Instead, all the ingredients are boiled into soup and glutinous rice flour to make a bowl of jiaozi.

Four, shrimp and crab porridge

Eating shrimp and crab porridge in Yangjiang is delicious, tender and nutritious, and eating it in a big pot is not enough! First, soak the rice in water for half an hour, and then cook it in a pot. Then take the shrimp head out of the pot and pour the shrimp juice into the porridge. Then add shrimp, crab, winter vegetables and ginger. Add salt and oyster sauce five minutes before cooking. Finally, add clams to the pan. It's delicious.

Fifth, pig intestines.

Fat sausage is one of the four delicious foods in Yangjiang. There is no pig intestine in the pig intestine, just like an old woman's cake has no wife. In the past, vermicelli was steamed in a traditional steamer, but now most of the vermicelli is steamed in a mechanical steamer, usually wrapped in fried peanuts or fried bean sprouts.
