What countries does NATO include?

By the end of 2009, NATO had 28 member countries. They are: Belgium, Iceland, Denmark, Germany, France, Netherlands, Canada, Luxembourg, United States, Norway, Portugal, Turkey, Spain, Greece, Italy, Britain, Poland, Hungary, Czech Republic, Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania, Bulgaria, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Albania and Croatia (both countries joined in April 2009).
