1. Aluminum alloy ultrasonic molds:

The disadvantage is that the wear resistance is not high, easy to wear.

3. Titanium alloy ultrasonic mold:

Advantages are high hardness, wear resistance, heat dissipation, lighter quality, density, in the same power ultrasonic wave, the same volume of mold ultrasonic transmission rate is higher than the steel mold. It can be said that the titanium mold integrated steel mold and aluminum mold many advantages,

The disadvantage is the higher cost, titanium mold, the price is much higher than the same specifications of the aluminum mold and steel mold (at present, titanium-based only the price of more than 500 yuan / kg).

Titanium alloy ultrasonic molds are therefore suitable for higher ultrasonic transmission rate, a larger working surface, at the same time, but also need to better wear strength of the workplace.
