How do enterprises change their ideas and innovate their way of thinking

2. To create an open working environment, business management needs openness, democracy and trust, not tyranny and suspicion. More praise and encouragement, less criticism and accountability. Criticism, accountability, autocracy and suspicion will obliterate innovative cells.
