Four. Matters needing attention in hard qigong

In short, we should arrange flexibly according to everyone's situation, but the requirements for practicing martial arts remain unchanged.

Matters needing attention

(1) Practice once every morning for 18 days, and stop practicing the rest, but you can practice Qigong more.
