Article 13 The Jury shall be composed of relevant responsible comrades of the State cultural administration departments and experts in relevant fields, and shall be responsible for the evaluation of masterpieces of intangible cultural heritage at the national level and for professional consultation. Article 14 The evaluation shall adhere to the principles of science, democracy and impartiality. Article 15 The evaluation committee shall conduct the evaluation in accordance with the provisions of Article 6 and Article 7 of these Measures, and put forward the recommended items of representative works of intangible cultural heritage at the national level for submission to the Office of the Inter-ministerial Joint Conference.
