Main responsibilities of Sichuan Intellectual Property Office
(1) To be responsible for implementing the Patent Law of People's Republic of China (PRC) and relevant laws, regulations, rules and policies; Drafting local laws, regulations and policies on patent work; Organize the formulation and implementation of the development plan of patent work, and undertake the management of intellectual property rights (patents) according to law.
(two) responsible for organizing and coordinating the implementation of the provincial intellectual property strategy; Organize and coordinate the formulation and implementation of the province's intellectual property strategy promotion plan; Organize the establishment of a special review system for intellectual property rights in major economic activities.
(three) to formulate and organize the implementation of the province's intellectual property publicity and education work plan, and organize the publicity and popularization of intellectual property laws, regulations and policies.
(four) responsible for organizing and coordinating the work of intellectual property protection in the province, and undertaking the related work of rectifying and standardizing the intellectual property protection in the market economic order.
(five) responsible for the patent administrative law enforcement work in the province; Handle patent disputes through mediation according to law, investigate and deal with patent counterfeiting, and assist patent rights protection.
(six) responsible for guiding and promoting the development of patent work, patent implementation and industrialization in the province; Organize and coordinate the implementation of major patented technologies; To manage the special funds for patent implementation and promotion in the province; Responsible for the supervision of the patent technology trading market in the province; Promote the pledge of patent rights and the evaluation of intellectual property assets in the province; To undertake the registration and filing of patent licensing contracts.
(seven) responsible for the management and supervision of patent agencies in the province, and promote the construction of patent intermediary service system.
(eight) responsible for the construction of patent information service system in the province.
(nine) responsible for coordinating the province's foreign-related intellectual property affairs, and organizing foreign liaison, cooperation and exchange activities of intellectual property work.
(ten) to undertake the specific work of the provincial intellectual property work leading group.
(eleven) to undertake other tasks assigned by the provincial government.
