(A) students' learning subject status has not been fully realized
In many teaching concepts of the new curriculum reform, it is very important to respect students' dominant position. However, in actual teaching, not every teacher has really practiced this teaching concept.
Especially in high school physical education teaching, many teachers have obvious shortcomings in respecting and satisfying students' learning subject status. Many teachers are still used to completely controlling the whole of physical education class, and don't give students some opportunities to express their opinions and show themselves. Physical education curriculum is related to the material basis for students to learn other courses well.
Therefore, it is particularly important for physical education teachers to implement this teaching concept for students' whole high school career. In the past, students' evaluation of teachers has been added to the evaluation of teachers' work in various middle schools. Many topics in this session are set from another side to solicit students' opinions and suggestions on teaching. This is also the embodiment of respecting students' dominant position.
But in fact, it is the students who put forward their own opinions, and the teacher is indifferent after understanding the students' opinions, so the teacher's teaching remains unchanged. In other words, many ideas put forward by students have not brought real changes to our physical education class. Obviously, this is not good for the improvement of our classroom teaching. In addition, when students directly put forward their own suggestions and opinions in class, teachers often don't seriously consider students' opinions.
Gradually, students get used to following the teacher's teaching steps completely. Even if they don't like the teacher's classroom arrangement, even if it is not conducive to their physical and mental development, they choose silence. In a word, the failure to fully understand and satisfy students' learning subject status is one of the main problems in current high school physical education teaching.
