What are the national treasure masters of Chinese studies who are alive now?

Tsung i Jao is a famous contemporary historian, archaeologist, writer, scholar, educator, painter and calligrapher in China. He is a great scholar and an outstanding translator. The vice president of the University of Hong Kong once commented on him: "If there is a Tsung i Jao in Hong Kong, it is not a cultural desert."
