The program's contestant lineup is divided into a live group of 100 and a cloud group of 1,000. The live 100-member troupe consists of four camps: the children's troupe (composed of children under the age of 12), the youth troupe, the 100-line troupe, and the family troupe.

The Thousand People in the Cloud Troupe comes from the south and north of the country and is engaged in all walks of life, and they participate in it through online means. At the beginning of each program, the on-site Hundred Line Troupe and the Thousand People in the Cloud Troupe link up to recite the same poem in unison, kicking off the cultural competition.
