What are the common allergic foods?

1: celery

In Europe, celery is usually regarded as allergic food, which can cause oral allergy syndrome, itchy skin, swelling around the mouth and urticaria, as well as vomiting, asthma and even anaphylactic shock. Celery itself is an allergic vegetable, so people with allergies are more likely to cause reactions.

2: Sesame

Compared with celery, sesame is an allergic food in Japan and China, which mainly appears in food and causes serious discomfort.

3: Milk

Milk was once regarded as a sacred nutrition, but in recent years, more and more studies and experiments have found that it is one of the culprits of allergies, which can cause urticaria, dyspnea or anaphylactic shock. According to statistics, about 20-50% of children before 1 year old will have allergic reaction to milk, but most people can overcome this allergic source within a few years.

4: Eggs

As common as milk, it is also one of the common allergens. Some people are allergic to protein, while others are allergic to egg yolk, which may cause atopic dermatitis or urticaria and even allergic rhinitis.

Peanut components most often cause immunoglobulin IgE to change, which often lasts for more than 20 months and is not easy to decrease with time.

Shellfish seafood is not only familiar crabs, lobsters and shrimps, but also oysters, cuttlefish and mussels. People who are allergic to shellfish may have urticaria, dyspnea, atopic dermatitis or anaphylactic shock. This kind of allergic symptoms usually appear after adults, so it is one of the few allergens that cannot be observed in childhood.

9: beans

Some people have allergic reactions to legumes. Children under/kloc-0 should not drink soybean milk to avoid the possibility of being allergic to protein.
