Home school teacher's experience sharing: how to cope with the challenges of teaching in training courses

As a former home-based training course teacher who now holds a formal position in the education system, I would like to share some of my valuable experience and advice to help you better cope with the challenges of teaching training courses.

Finding Balance

Faced with the short-term educational model of training courses, you may encounter pressure from students and parents. Don't let these pressures get to you; try to find balance. After completing your teaching goals, you may want to organize some game activities, which will not only help students relax, but also bring teachers and students closer to each other.

Improve classroom efficiency

Improve classroom efficiency and reduce the amount of homework. This will make your work easier as well as help your students get a better grasp of their knowledge. Too much homework will only make students tired and resentful, which in turn reduces learning.

Paper comparison

Give students a difficult paper at the time of enrollment and then give them a relatively easy paper at the end of the training. Such a comparison allows students to feel their progress and adds to the quality of your teaching.

♀? Work-life balance

Keeping a work-life balance is equally important. Give your all at the workplace and enjoy your private time when you return home. This kind of regulation helps you maintain a good state of mind and mood.

More encouragement, less criticism

Don't forget to give more encouragement and support to your students. Criticizing less and smiling more will make your students more confident and your teaching more engaging.
