The more high school compositions or textbooks that inherit traditional culture, the better.
Dear middle school students, I want to ask you now: When Dunhuang treasures appear in the British Museum, when the readers of Sun Tzu's Art of War and The Romance of the Three Kingdoms are more foreigners-as China people, should we be happy or sad about this? When our economic strength attracts the attention of the world, but the excellent Chinese culture is lost unconsciously, should we be happy or worried? Of course, we also know that the past culture is the patent of a few people, and only those dignitaries and literati who are familiar with the Four Books and Five Classics deserve to talk about culture, while those chin beauties who plow the fields have never seen or thought of such Chun Xue. In that era when Confucianism lived in orthodoxy, the weight of culture was as heavy as a rock, and the clothes of scholars seemed to be much more elegant and noble than others. Thousands of years of cultural blood has been handed down, and China people can proudly say that I come from a civilized country, a country full of culture. Therefore, culture has become the favorite of many people at present, and it has become an ethos or trend in today's society. As a result, such a culture can almost fill the potholes in this country.
In any case, culture is a noble word, and advocating culture is a blessing for a nation. But is the national quality really high enough to float in the sky, climb on the ground and swim in the water? This proliferation of "culture" does not witness the prosperity and superiority of this country and nation, but reflects its absurdity and ignorance. Undoubtedly, after the reform and opening up, China has undergone earth-shaking changes in various fields. Emancipation of the mind has indeed brought about the activity and agitation of culture, and the opening up of the country has indeed brought about the rain and dew of culture in all directions. It is also in this cultural environment that the contradiction between old and new cultures, the collision between Chinese and western cultures, the comparison between traditional culture and modern civilization, the persistence of culture and the change of culture are all emerging actively and inevitably. The way of life in the west and the eastward advancement of social culture have gradually narrowed the distance between the eastern and western cultures, which is particularly obvious among the younger generation. From what we have seen and heard, people born in the late 1980s began to believe in Santa Claus and began to celebrate their birthdays at McDonald's Pizza Hut. But many of them don't know how to hold a pen, read thread-bound books, have never seen a longevity lock, and have never been to a square table. They can play with the abacus found in a corner as a car. In their memory, they have never had an impression of these traditional things, so they have no texture and are pale and powerless. What these ancestors handed down is soaked in the crystallization of thousands of years of Chinese civilization, which is strange to them and even incomprehensible. As a result, today's young people began to ignore or even give up these domestic cultures. They worship western culture more. They all wear suits and ties all over the world and speak fluent English, but they are too lazy to take a day off to pay homage to their ancestors.
Traditional culture has declined in China, and its absence has become a painful reality. Although traditional culture is not all good, it will inevitably have some dross, but its essence is definitely much more than pernicious. Otherwise, why is Chinese civilization still shining when other major ancient civilizations have already broken their veins? But the saddest thing is that the culture we ignore is regarded as a treasure by others. When South Korea listed the Dragon Boat Festival, a traditional festival in China, as a cultural heritage, domestic public opinion was in an uproar. One of the articles entitled "De-traditionalism and Hand over Cultural Heritage" wrote: "The century-long de-traditionalism movement in China did not lead to the prosperity of China, but only resulted in a broken generation-a lost generation who knew nothing about traditional culture? Because of our indifference to tradition, our preservation of tradition is far less than that of our neighbors. We are unwilling, but we can't blame others. We handed over our cultural heritage. " This reminds me of Dunhuang Grottoes, Dunhuang culture, Taoist Wang at that time, Stein at that time, the Manchu government at that time, and when Stein shipped our Dunhuang scriptures, books and statues to Europe, I had a bitter feeling in my heart: those Dunhuang treasures were not taken away by others, but Taoist Wang was willing to exchange them for something worth only a few silver dollars. These treasures of Chinese culture are simply, simply lost! Sun Tzu's Art of War, Romance of the Three Kingdoms and On Protracted War, the classic cultures that young people seldom pay attention to today, have not been absorbed by our people, but have been used by Japan, South Korea and some countries in Europe and America to learn management talents and resources, apply them to commercial wars, and in turn do business with us. Is this the misfortune of culture or the sorrow of Chinese descendants? We don't know.
The education level of a nation reflects the economic development level of a country and a nation in a certain sense. Real culture is spiritual food that inspires people's minds and teaches people to tirelessly promote human progress and social development, rather than scum who pretend to be lofty and even spread feudal superstitions and violate the law and discipline. A nation does not need bubble culture and false culture. Bubble and false culture can't reshape spiritual ideas and construct personality quality. The more educated, the better. Defining culture is the moral bottom line. The evolution of culture can only explain the lack of real culture, and its poverty affects the construction of spiritual civilization and restricts the improvement of people's social morality and professional ethics. Many connotations of China's traditional culture are beyond our comprehension all our lives. Maybe some of its impurities should be discarded, maybe some of its contents can't provide timely intellectual protection and support for our economic construction, but we can develop our strengths and avoid our weaknesses, and we can organically and harmoniously combine traditional culture with modern culture to serve our construction cause.
