Ingredients: 500g of flour, 350ml of drinking water.

Accessories: yeast powder 10g, sugar 1 teaspoon, salt 1 teaspoon, a little olive oil, pizza sauce, sausage, mozzarella cheese, sweet corn kernels, peas, 4 okra and 5 small tomatoes.

1. Pour the yeast, salt, sugar and oil into the water and mix well. Pour the evenly stirred yeast water into the flour to make dough.

2. Knead the dough smooth on the chopping board, put the kneaded dough into a basin, seal it with plastic wrap and put it in the refrigerator for 24 hours.

3. Take out the dough, divide it into 4 parts, knead it into dough by folding method, and let it stand at room temperature for 2 hours.

4. Roll the dough into a cake with a rolling pin, put it in a baking tray, and poke holes in the cake with a fork to prevent the cake from cracking.

5. Brush the pizza with pizza sauce, sprinkle with a layer of mozzarella cheese, add vegetables and sausages, and sprinkle with a layer of mozzarella cheese.

6. Put it in an oven preheated to 2 10, and bake at 2 10 for 20 minutes. Watch the cheese. If the color is too dark, cover it with tin foil.
