My hometown Hepu is a good place with beautiful scenery and rich products. It is a famous pearl town in China.

Our roads extend in all directions, straight and curved, from Zhu Huan Square to Mermaid Square, from the stadium to Zhongshan Park, like cobwebs. The streets are busy, too. At night, the streets are crowded with people, and the streets are filled with all kinds of goods, which is dazzling. We have many famous scenic spots in Hepu, such as the charming Star Island Lake and the beautiful mangroves. My favorite is Zhu Huan in my hometown. Especially the "Pearl of the South" fountain in Zhu Huan Square, this fountain sculpture points three pearl shells in three different directions: east, south and west. Hepu County, a pearl city that marks the "Golden Triangle" of Guangxi Beibu Gulf, borders Guangzhou Zhejiang Port in the east, Beihai Port in the south and Qinzhou Port in the west. The connected hemispheres represent the waves. At the top of the waves, there is a huge and bright southern pearl surrounded by three pearl shells. It symbolizes openness, harmony and development. The overall shape forms a crown shape, showing people the industrious and simple side of the people in Zhuxiang. At 9 o'clock every night, the fountain begins to spray water. Sometimes the fountain splashes, like a rocket falling from the sky in the goddess era, flying around with white smoke. Sometimes, like a fairy, baskets of petals are scattered to the crowd like smoke, and the fountain changes into various postures.

Hepu is not only beautiful in scenery, but also rich in products. As the saying goes, "East Pearl is not as good as West Pearl, and West Pearl is not as good as South Pearl." The famous Nanzhu is produced in our hometown. They are big and round, and each pearl has a charming luster. Pearls are of great use. Can be made into luxurious jewelry and various handicrafts, can be used as medicine, can be beautiful! According to legend, there is also a touching story about pearls, "pearls are also in Hepu"! I love my hometown Hepu!
