The Origin and Customs of March 3rd in Hainan

During the ancient flood period, the Li people living in Changhua River suffered a devastating flood, killing both people and animals, leaving only a pair of brothers and sisters named He Nanyin. When the two brothers and sisters grew up, they decided to look for partners separately and meet again on the third day of March every year. As a result, both of them failed in recent years.
