Focusing on new technologies, new industries, new formats and new modes of modern agriculture, we will introduce and gather a group of "high-tech" agricultural research top talents, leading talents and innovative teams of high-level talents at home and abroad through full-time introduction, part-time employment, exchanges and cooperation, and technical research, so as to play the role of "leading geese" of high-end agricultural talents. For high-end talents who can break through key agricultural technologies, develop agricultural high-tech industries and promote the development of emerging industries in rural areas through full-time introduction and independent training, life and financial support are provided according to regulations.

Legal basis: Xiangtan Liancheng Talent Action Plan supports the introduction of agricultural industry talents and innovative teams. The introduction of agricultural talents and teams will be included in the key support scope of Liancheng Talent Action Plan, and a number of high-level agricultural science and technology talents and urgently needed agricultural talents will be introduced and trained through project driving, team building and cooperative training. We will lay out the talent chain around the industrial chain, value chain and innovation chain, focusing on the characteristic industrial chains such as betel nut, Shaziling pig, Xiang Lian, vegetables, grain and oil, aquatic products and tea, and support the introduction of a number of influential leading teams in agricultural industry science and technology, high-level talents and talents in urgent need. According to the policy of Liancheng Talent Action Plan, the scientific and technological innovation team that has made remarkable achievements in promoting agricultural industrialization in our city will be awarded a maximum of 2 million yuan. Those who are selected as municipal key backbones in urgent need of talents will be awarded 500,000-200,000 yuan respectively according to the talent category, and those who belong to high-level talents will be given different levels of subsidies, with a maximum subsidy of 5 million yuan.
