Does Beijing University of Chinese Medicine share acupuncture, massage and postgraduate entrance examination?

Before we begin, let me briefly introduce myself. I studied in Henan University of Traditional Chinese Medicine, with a bachelor's degree, majoring in acupuncture and massage, and was admitted to Beijing University of Chinese Medicine. Although my grades are not particularly ideal, I have worked hard. I didn't do very well at school either. Later, when I learned about the employment situation and future development, I suddenly realized that five years of college can't be spent in vain, so I decided to take the postgraduate entrance examination.

It's my first time to take the postgraduate entrance examination, and it's also through my own exploration and the experience of my seniors and sisters that I gradually make the postgraduate entrance examination less bumpy. Next, share my personal postgraduate experience.

1. When do you start reviewing? Different people have different answers to this question. Some people say that I started reviewing one or two years in advance too early and the battle line was too long. Will I be tired in the future? As an experienced person, I tell you, don't think so. The earlier you start, the higher your chances of getting good grades in the exam. I just started preparing in March, and I feel a little late. My review plan is to get up at 6 o'clock, go back and have breakfast at around 7: 30.

The content behind is mainly the synthesis of English words and Chinese. Arrange 8:00 am to 12: 00 am, mainly during middle school hours. Take a lunch break after lunch. It is very important not to take a lunch break just to study more, because I personally feel that I am not in a state of rest in the afternoon. I will mainly study English in the afternoon 14: 00 to 18: 00 and in the evening 19: 00 to 23: 00, all before July. I began to watch politics after July.

Second, how to apply for the exam. I don't have to tell you the process. You'll understand then. What I want to say is that you should apply carefully. Because more than one classmate said that it is better to report well than to do well in the exam. Registration is basically around 10. By that time, you should have done several simulations and almost had a bottom view of your achievements.

In fact, when it comes to the real exam, as long as there are no accidents, it will not be much worse than your usual grades. Be careful. I struggled for a long time when I applied for the exam. I'm trying to stay steady.

Third, the initial preparation 1. In the aspect of synthesis: when it comes to reviewing the synthesis of traditional Chinese medicine, this is the most important, accounting for the vast majority of the postgraduate entrance examination scores. Still have to review well. Although my comprehensive score is not very good, it is not bad, haha.

I mainly use confidante in my comments.

Ao Shi Bao Dian

There is also comprehensive knowledge.

Personally, I think comprehensive knowledge contains a lot of gold, and there are many contents in it, all of which are very detailed. I don't need to take notes myself, but it is suitable for a round of review. In the second round, this book may be too thick, so I used confidante in the second and third rounds. Next, I want to talk about my personal review experience.

1. 1 TCM:

When reviewing Chinese medicine at the beginning, many people will say that Chinese medicine is the most difficult to recite, so can't it be left until the end? Actually, everything is fine. According to my personal preference, I used to see the Chinese medicine recommended by my seniors and sisters first, haha. Well, I'm sure I'll start reciting Chinese medicine first. Some people will ask, how? Personally, I divide TCM into three parts to remember. The first part only remembers the efficacy, because the efficacy must be tested and the score is very high.

In the second part, remember the indications of traditional Chinese medicine, some of which can be deduced without memorizing. The third part is the dosage of medicine. Some people say it works. Can I remember it soon? If I can't recite my personal suggestions, I can consider making them up myself, which is quite impressive. Memorizing it quickly is relatively inflexible, and it is easy to forget, or even if you don't forget the rhyme, you suddenly forget the meaning of this rhyme in this effect. It can be easily mixed with other traditional Chinese medicines. You can consider making it up yourself, which is even more impressive, because many exam questions have been memorized quickly in recent years. After you recite it, it's easy to be confused with other functions.

I recited it by myself completely according to the efficacy. At this time, you may ask again, can't you mix? I tell you, it's actually okay, because everyone has their own way of reciting. I recited the drugs with the same effect in every chapter. For example, in the chapter of Warming Interior Drugs, the effects of aconite root are listed: restoring yang to save inverse, reinforcing fire to help yang, dispelling cold and relieving pain. Cinnamon and aconite have the same effect, so they began to recite cinnamon: reinforcing fire to help yang, dispelling cold and relieving pain, warming meridians and dredging veins, and inducing fire to return to Yuan. At this time, you may say, what do you think of the two functions behind cinnamon? Don't worry, there is dried ginger.

Dried ginger and cinnamon have similar effects. Dried ginger: Warming the middle warmer to dispel cold, warming the lungs to dissolve the drink, and returning to the yang to dredge the pulse. The Huiyang Tongmai here is similar to the Wenjing point of Cinnamomum cassia. It is the Huiyang of aconite and the Tongmai of cinnamon. Therefore, the function of Cinnamomum cassia is equivalent to the first two functions of aconite plus warming meridians and dredging veins similar to Cinnamomum cassia, and it is also a very special function, which should not be difficult to remember. There is also the need to know that only asarum and dried ginger are used to warm the lungs and dissolve the drink.

Will this make these drugs easier to remember? The bottom one is easier to recite. Evodia rutaecarpa, fennel and galangal all have the same effect, that is, dispelling cold and relieving pain. Next, the rest are recited together, and the effect is similar. For example, the remaining two functions of Evodia rutaecarpa are to reduce adverse reactions and stop vomiting, and to help yang and stop diarrhea. The rest of Alpinia officinarum also has the effect of stopping vomiting, but it warms the stomach and stops vomiting. The following fennel is also related to the stomach, which is to regulate qi and stomach. This is my personal method of reciting. Some people may say it's easy to mix, but I personally think it's quite easy to use, because I really recite it like this. If someone thinks it suits them, they can use it. If they feel that they can't remember, then consider making up their own songs.

1.2 prescription:

After reciting Chinese medicine, I began to write prescriptions. The prescription first consists of drugs. In this case, I personally recite rhymes, because the ingredients of drugs are too mixed, and it may take a lot of time to recite them one by one. I remember all the key songs and rhymes that the teacher Fang Zi asked me to recite at school, so I didn't spend a long time reciting the second kind of prescriptions.

Secondly, it is to recite the efficacy and indications of the prescription. If you find it difficult to recite the efficacy and indications, I recommend one I use, the reverse order method! This method is based on memorizing the efficacy of traditional Chinese medicine. Because you have recited the songs of traditional Chinese medicine and prescriptions before, it is equivalent to knowing the ingredients of medicines and the efficacy of each medicine. In this way, through the composition of the drug, we can probably know what to treat.

For example, the recipe of warming spleen decoction, at first glance, you can only remember warming spleen and yang, but you may not remember the rest. Don't worry, didn't you recite the square song? There are also rhubarb in the square songs. At this time, you will think that rhubarb has the function of purging and attacking accumulation, and it is also a warming agent, which can only attack cold accumulation. From this, we can also deduce the indication, spleen yang deficiency and cold accumulation, which is a reverse reasoning method. Finally, the compatibility of drugs, the same drug, in different prescriptions, the role may be different, you can sum up this to remember.

1.3 Zhongnei: After reading traditional Chinese medicine and prescriptions, it is Zhongnei. It's hard to know that China is the biggest headache for everyone and occupies the highest score. Because you have to remember a lot of things. Personally, I feel that my head is getting bigger when I review junior high school. How to remember so many diseases? The memory is also divided into several parts. The first part is to recite the classification, treatment, main prescription, personally recommend the dragon and phoenix tactic or make up your own song tactic. I did recite the dragon and phoenix formula and my own Song formula. Some friends will ask, do you want to recite it? Personally, I have no back. The simple one is derived by myself, and the special one focuses on memory. The second part is the etiology and pathogenesis. I personally recite the same etiology. Which medical book is the third one from? Personally, I don't have a back, which means little, and hard work only accounts for a few points.

1.4 intermediate diagnosis: at first, you may find this book very thin and think it should be easy to review. Actually, it is not. It has many knowledge points to be deduced and memorized, so you should understand and memorize them. Relatively important are tongue diagnosis, pulse diagnosis, and the following chapters on syndrome differentiation of zang-fu organs. In the case of tongue diagnosis, special attention should be paid to the inconsistency between tongue quality and tongue coating.

For pulse diagnosis, this is very important and must be remembered, but you can remember the same main symptom together and then distinguish the differences one by one. For example, wet pulse, thin pulse, slow pulse and weak pulse are all dominant in deficiency syndrome, but they are different deficiency syndromes. Slow pulse means weakness of spleen and stomach, and weak pulse means weakness of qi and blood. Weak pulse also has yang deficiency. Wet pulse, slow pulse and fine pulse all have wet syndrome. I remember these pulse conditions by identifying the same acupoints and reading words. For example, wet pulse, slow pulse and slow pulse are all left and right structures, all of which control dampness syndrome. Weakness is mainly deficiency, yang deficiency and deficiency of both qi and blood.

The last big piece is syndrome differentiation of viscera. Syndrome differentiation of zang-fu organs is difficult and simple. If you are looking forward to learning, you can do it. In fact, the viscera behind you are easy to distinguish, but you can't relax. You still have to memorize them well, because it not only allows you to distinguish what diseases are, but also likes to test diseases with the same symptoms together. For example, what are the same symptoms of heart-blood deficiency and heart-yin deficiency? You should know that it is palpitation, insomnia and dreaminess. Simply put, it is the similarities and differences between various zang-fu organs.

1.5 CIMC: The book of CIMC is not too difficult. I believe everyone has learned well, so I put it in a relatively backward position to study. But even if this book is easy, there are many test sites, and the easiest one is the classic original. You must learn to recite the classic articles in Basic Theory of Traditional Chinese Medicine, because it is not difficult, but if you don't recite them, you will really lose points in the exam. Everyone must pay attention. Then there are Tibetan elephants and more important causes and pathogenesis. These two test sites are getting more and more difficult. I suggest you focus on reviewing.

1.6 Acupuncture: Acupuncture can be divided into acupuncture, acupuncture and acupuncture treatment. Let's talk about acupoints first. For acupoints, we must remember the requirements of the outline and locate the meridian tropism. It is best to memorize the original text of the twelve lines. Acupoints are not rote learning. As long as you remember how the meridians work, you will know the approximate location, which will be more helpful for your recitation. Some will ask the attending doctor if he has a back.

Personally, I only recited special indications at that time, and general acupoint indications cannot be separated from three principles, namely, near treatment, far treatment and special function. Generally speaking, it is not a big problem for you to remember that special function. Then there is the moxibustion method of acupuncture, and there are acupuncture methods. More importantly, what kind of situation is suitable for what kind of acupuncture techniques or precautions, getting angry, etc., as well as the indications and taboos of skin needles and triangular needles.

Moxibustion is more important, which moxibustion methods are suitable for what diseases, and moxibustion precautions. Then there is cupping, cupping classification and cupping methods and so on. Generally speaking, acupuncture is not difficult. The hard part should be the next treatment. The first part of therapeutics is treatment, which meridians and acupoints to choose. I wonder if any friends have found it.

The medical diseases of therapeutics are the same as those of internal medicine, with the same pathogenesis, so the treatment should not be poor, and the classification is similar, which can be integrated. I majored in acupuncture and massage, so I can recite acupuncture points well. Therapeutics is not difficult for me. For friends who are not acupuncture and massage, my advice to you is to try to remember by yourself. When you see a disease, you will think of which meridians and acupoints to choose. At first, you will deduce it yourself and think slowly. If it still doesn't work, I suggest you make up your own songs. Some friends will do it themselves.

The second part is the matching of acupoints. Seriously, I didn't focus on the collocation of back acupoints. Many syndromes are similar, so is the collocation of acupoints. For example, when you see the deficiency of qi and blood, the first thing that comes to mind is Zusanli, Sanyinjiao and Guanyuan. When you see qi stagnation, you will think too much. When you see phlegm, you will think of Hong Long and Zhong Wan first. When you see blood stasis, you will think of diaphragm and blood sea first.

2.? English: English is the first word. I started reciting words in March, using Zhu Wei's love words. Later, I followed Liu Xiaoyan's core vocabulary and Liu Yinan's 5500-word mind map. At first, I had no experience in memorizing words. I just recite words and find that I recite them every day. Why did I finally forget them? At that time, I thought I had less to recite, so I recited it again with more passion.

At this time, I began to look for reasons. Later, I found out that it's not that I have a bad memory, but that words are broken and easy to forget. I heard someone recommend Liu Yinan's 5500 vocabulary course, so I started listening and found it very effective. I have memorized the words twice, so I have some impressions of what he said. After he spoke, his words were even more impressive. Words actually run through the whole postgraduate entrance examination stage, so you can't think that if you remember them, you won't recite them. In the last stage, I went to see Liu Xiaoyan's core vocabulary again and consolidated 5,500 words.

I study long and difficult sentences with teacher Liu Xiaoyan. At first, I couldn't understand them. I know these words, but when I put them together, I just can't understand their meaning. Along Mr. Liu Xiaoyan's route, I gradually mastered some doorways. I recommend you to listen to it.

I started to do test papers around July. Let's talk about the order of doing the paper first, which is divided into two parts, one is reading and composition, the other is new questions, translation and cloze. Generally speaking, read first, and then write a composition. Isn't there four articles in reading? Some will write two readings first, then a short composition, then two readings, and then a big composition. In fact, no matter how you write, as long as the last part is reading and composition.

Practice reading at the beginning, because reading accounts for a high score. Then, fill in the blanks with new questions and begin to recite the composition of the last month or two. I study with Mr Tang Chi. I made many mistakes when I started to do the problem. In fact, it has always been like this at first. After all, you have just started to get in touch with the real questions of postgraduate entrance examination, because postgraduate entrance examination English is different from CET-4 and CET-6, which is more difficult and difficult to understand. Maybe when you listen to English courses in various institutions, you will generally divide English reading into three categories: topics, details, vocabulary, attitude, reasoning and examples, and then attach skills of various types of questions.

The same is true of Mr. Tang Chi, who believes that English is logical and the answer to every question must be well-founded. I think reading is also a skill. Personally, I feel very good. After listening to his course, I feel very rewarding. But you forget that there is a premise that you have to understand the article before these skills can be used. If you don't understand the article, you may be more likely to make mistakes according to the skills.

The basis of understanding is still words and long sentences. At this point, words and long sentences are mentioned again! And I will also have a question, that is, when doing reading comprehension, I can always rule out two. Which of the last two should I choose? Have you done this many times? I used to, too, but after doing more questions, I found that if you can roughly understand what the article says, it is right to choose the answer closest to the main idea.

Next, there are new problems. I studied with teacher Liu Qi of New Oriental, and I don't think it is particularly difficult. One * * * is several categories, such as seven to five, subtitle and sorting questions, which should be these three. 19 February, 19, we did a caption test, which was relatively simple on the whole. Then there is translation, which shows the importance of long and difficult sentences. I have emphasized three long and difficult sentences here.

Then there is cloze, my English is not very good, and I don't spend much time on cloze, because it accounts for a small score and is more difficult. Finally, composition, which is also a big score, needs to be memorized and written. At first, I got a high score in reciting Wang Jiangtao's composition, and I memorized all the compositions in previous years very well. But later, I found a problem, that is, so many people are using this book, and the title of the exam cannot be separated from the title of this book. As soon as there is a topic in the book, I will write it all by heart, but others will also write it. I began to listen to Liu Xiaoyan's composition, which was very effective and greatly improved my composition in the last period. I strongly suggest you listen to it.

3.? Politics: Politics is mainly divided into Ma Yuan, modern history, general outline, ideological accomplishment, situation and policies. The first stage is to attend classes and brush questions. As I am a science student, I am not familiar with politics. So I began to attend classes around July. I bought Xiao Xiurong's three-piece suit, and then I listened to the course of Xiao Xiurong's team. Some seniors listened to Sister Leg, and Xu Tao's courses are also good, depending on the individual.

I just listened to the course of Xiao Xiurong's team, then listened to a chapter of the course, made a chapter of questions, and registered the wrong questions in that form. There will definitely be more mistakes in the early stage. However, as long as you persist, you will find that the later you leave, the fewer mistakes you make. About 10 month, I just finished listening to the course, and then began to focus on 1000 questions. I also bought Xiaobai's small program for brushing questions. There are only 1000 questions in the early stage, which will be increased in the later stage, such as Xiao four shaw VIII. Many famous teachers have four sets of papers, Xu Tao's four sets of papers, eight sets of papers and so on, which can be brushed on.

I just often brush some questions on my mobile phone. You can also buy one if you are interested. The second stage is 65438+1October-165438+1October, and I began to doubt what kind of questions I liked in the exam. Political topics like to be related to current politics. It is very helpful for you to pay more attention to current politics when you are free. I seldom pay attention to current events and politics. Later, after reading the current affairs politics summarized by some institutions, I began to recite the major current affairs politics that are easy to give questions, and also began to recite the test sites that are easy to give multiple-choice questions. The last stage is the sprint. At this time, the focus is on the big problem. I recited 8 Xiao's, 4 Xiao's and 20 Xu Tao's questions.

However, due to personal reasons, I memorized all of Xiao Si, part of Xiao Ba, and Xu Tao memorized all 20 questions. Personally, I think it's almost enough to recite these! Another small suggestion is that if you have enough time, you can recite the big questions by heart, so that you can roughly infer the speed of writing big questions. Don't panic in the examination room.

Fourth, the retest experience The retest form of Beijing University of Chinese Medicine is different from previous years. Due to the epidemic situation, some changes have taken place in the re-inspection. In the past, the initial test and re-examination accounted for 5: 5, and this year, due to online interviews, the ratio was 7: 3. It used to be a written examination of professional courses, and this year it is a direct interview. In fact, whether online or offline. Tianjin University of Traditional Chinese Medicine attaches great importance to practical operation. Let me talk specifically about what to test: this year's second interview is divided into two parts, professional comprehensive quality interview and English.

According to different departments, the interview of professional comprehensive quality has different ways of asking questions. Total duration of comprehensive quality interview 13 minutes: mainly divided into four parts.

1.? Syndrome differentiation and treatment. 2. Physical examination and first aid operation. 3. Acupuncture and cupping. 4. Topic: Focus on examining students' academic potential, humanistic quality, scientific thinking, personality specialty and psychological quality.

The comprehensive quality interview of the First Affiliated Hospital mainly includes the following three items, with a total duration of 15 minutes:

1. Introduce yourself in one minute (fully show yourself, both in Chinese and English).

2. Case analysis (related to the applied major) examines the ability of clinical consultation and the basic knowledge of Chinese and Western medicine.

3. Comprehensive quality interview, open-ended questions, focusing on students' academic potential, humanistic quality, scientific thinking, personality and psychological quality.

Finally, I just want to say that the second interview just seems difficult. You will feel nervous during the interview. In fact, the real exam will not be so difficult. There will be a little tension. As long as it doesn't affect your thinking, there won't be a big problem. In short, we still need to review well. I said no matter how much, it was just my experience. I can only give you a reference, or I have to review it myself. Come on! I believe you will be admitted to graduate school.
