Einstein's favorite breakfast dishes were strawberry cumquat, spinach mushrooms and steamed asparagus fish.

Albert Einstein (German/English: Albert Einstein; March 14, 1879 - April 18, 1955), born in Ulm, Baden-Württemberg, Germany, was a dual American-Swiss physicist of Jewish descent.

Einstein was a huge fan of strawberries, which he liked to squeeze whipped cream on and named "strawberry snow". Einstein was also a vegetarian, and he often ate mushrooms sautéed with spinach, which was healthy, nutritious and delicious. Then there's the clever fish! Served with asparagus, it's refreshing and unctuous, occasionally with a small fried egg, nutritious, but steamed asparagus fish is still a favorite.

Einstein personal introduction

Einstein was born in Ulm, Germany, a Jewish family (both parents are Jewish). 1900 graduated from the Swiss Federal Institute of Technology in Zurich, Switzerland, into the Swiss nationality.

In 1905, Einstein received a doctorate in physics from the University of Zurich, and proposed the photon hypothesis, successfully explaining the photoelectric effect (and therefore won the Nobel Prize for Physics in 1921); he founded the theory of special relativity in the same year, and the theory of general relativity in 1915, and in 1933 he moved to the United States, where he worked at the Institute for Advanced Study in Princeton, and joined the U.S. citizenship in 1940, while retaining Swiss Nationality, April 18, 1955, Einstein died in Princeton, New Jersey, at the age of 76 years.
