How to implant modern value elements into traditional culture

China put forward the modernization of state governance at the Third Plenary Session of the 18th CPC Central Committee. Governance modernization is a very broad concept, which generally includes economic industrialization, political democratization, social urbanization, citizenship, rationalization of values, and the interactive process between them. Although the first four are important, the last one is indispensable. Without the modernization of human spirit and the social leading value that most people agree with, which conforms to the modern development concept, the modernization of state governance will be short of spiritual and ideological and moral support and guidance, and it will be impossible to go very far.
