The ratio of sticky rice flour and cassava flour to water is 2: 1: 10. Bowl cakes are made as follows:
Preparation materials: glutinous rice flour 60g, cassava flour 30g, brown sugar 60g, water 300g and red beans 30g.
1. First, pour the prepared sticky rice flour and cassava flour into a basin and stir evenly.
2. Add water and stir well.
3. Stir into the shape shown below.
4. Add water and brown sugar to the basin, heat it and pour it into the stirred slurry.
5. Put the prepared mold into the steamer and add some red beans.
6. Pour in the evenly stirred rice flour slurry without irrigation.
7. Then cover the pot and steam for about 20 minutes.
8. When the time is up, take it out, demould it and pour it out.
