Observation of structural design experiment of blade with microscope (with additional ~ ~)
1. Hold the mirror arm with the right hand and the mirror base with the left hand.
2. Put the microscope on the experimental platform, slightly to the left (the microscope is placed about 7 cm away from the edge of the experimental platform). Install eyepiece and objective lens.
Second, light.
3. Turn the converter to align the low-power objective lens with the light hole (the front end of the objective lens should keep a distance of 2 cm from the stage).
4. Aim the larger aperture at the light hole. The left eye looks at the eyepiece (the right eye will be opened at the same time for drawing later). Rotate the reflector to make the light reflect into the lens barrel through the light hole. Through the eyepiece, you can see a bright white field of vision.
Third, observe
5. Place the specimen of the glass slide to be observed (or it can be made of thin paper printed with the word "6") on the stage, and hold it down with a flat clamp, with the specimen facing the center of the light hole.
6. Turn the coarse focusing screw and slowly lower the lens barrel until the objective lens is close to the slide specimen (keep your eyes on the objective lens to avoid touching the slide specimen).
7. Look into the eyepiece with your left eye, and turn the coarse focusing screw in the opposite direction at the same time, so that the lens barrel rises slowly until you can see the object clearly. Then turn the fine focusing screw slightly to make the image of the object clearer.
8. Use of high-power objective lens: Before using high-power objective lens, you must first find the observed object image with low-power objective lens and adjust it to the center of the field of view, then rotate the converter and replace the high-power lens. After switching to a high-power mirror, the brightness in the field of vision becomes dim, so generally choose a larger aperture and use the concave surface of the reflector, and then adjust the fine-tuning focus screw. The number of objects watched decreases, but the volume increases.
Fourth, sorting out
8. After the experiment, wipe the appearance of the microscope clean. Turn the converter, bias the two objective lenses to both sides, slowly lower the lens barrel to the lowest position, and place the reflector vertically. Finally, put the microscope in the mirror box and send it back to its original place.
