The practice of stewed chicken

Pour chicken nuggets, scallions, ginger slices, star anise, cooking wine, pepper and water without blood foam into a clean pot, boil over high fire, skim off the floating foam, and simmer for about 1 hour. Method for making stewed chicken

Prepare ingredients: chicken, ginger, shallots, cooking wine, star anise, longan, red dates, medlar, salt and pepper.

1. Wash chicken, cut into large pieces, slice ginger, tie shallots, wash jujubes, and wash Lycium barbarum for later use.
