What's the difference between chow mein and noodles, and what kind of noodles are better?
Braised noodles can be divided into different ingredients: lamb braised noodles, beef braised noodles, three fresh braised noodles, five fresh braised noodles and so on.
Braised noodles is a meat, vegetarian, soup, vegetables, rice poly and the traditional flavor of snacks, to taste delicious, affordable, renowned in the Central Plains, throughout the country. In recent years, with the increasing standard of living of the people and the accelerated pace of work in the city, chow mein has become a reputable delicacy in the Central Plains, operating lamb chow mein hotels in a forest of restaurants throughout the Chinese streets and cold alleys, towns and villages have also opened up one after another chow mein pavilions of large and small. Hong Kong's lao mien noodles (unlike the northern lao mien noodles), che chezai noodles, shrimp noodles, etc.;
Taiwan's Danzai noodles and beef noodles.

The Yellow River basin and areas north of it in the north use them as a staple food, while in the south they are mostly used as breakfast. Rice noodles, rice noodles and river noodles are also types of noodles.
