How to fry yuanxiao?

Exercise 1:

1. Prepare Yuanxiao and bread crumbs, add appropriate amount of water to the pot, pour Yuanxiao into the pot and cook for about 5 minutes after the water boils.

2. Take it out and put it in cold water, and evenly wrap the cooked Yuanxiao with bread crumbs.

3. Then add a proper amount of oil to the pot, and the oil temperature is 30% hot. Pour the dumplings with bread crumbs into the pot and fry slowly until the outside is burnt and the inside is yellow, and the fried dumplings are finished.

Exercise 2:

1. Add corn flour to glutinous rice flour, add appropriate amount of sugar, and then add water to knead into dough.

2. Knead the kneaded dough into a uniform size Yuanxiao.

3, hot oil in the pot, put in the Lantern Festival, fry on low heat.

4. Put the Yuanxiao in the pot and fry until golden brown, then take it out after cooking.

Exercise 3:

1, the yuanxiao is thawed at room temperature 10-20 minutes.

2. Pour the vegetable oil into the pot, heat it until it is cooked for seven minutes, and gently put it into the Lantern Festival with a colander. After frying for 30 seconds, the epidermis hardened and quickly removed with a colander. If you are not skilled, you can turn off the fire first.

3. Knock the Yuanxiao one by one with a spoon, or pierce multiple eyes on each Yuanxiao with a toothpick to ensure that each Yuanxiao discharges the hot air inside.

4. Heat the oil again until it is medium-cooked, and fry the Yuanxiao in the pot for 4-5 minutes.

If you do the third step, you won't leak oil. In case the oil will spill in the last 1-2 minutes of the Lantern Festival, cover it immediately. After about 2 minutes, the splashing is over, turn off the fire and take out the Yuanxiao.
