How is the development momentum of "Telematics"?

According to the definition of Vehicle Networking Industry Technology Innovation Strategy Alliance, Vehicle Networking is a large system network for wireless communication and information exchange based on vehicle network, inter-vehicle network and vehicle mobile Internet, in accordance with the agreed communication protocols and data interaction standards, between vehicle-X (X: vehicle, road, pedestrian and Internet, etc.), which is capable of realizing intelligent traffic management, intelligent dynamic information service and intelligent vehicle control. It is an integrated network capable of realizing intelligent traffic management, intelligent dynamic information service and intelligent control of vehicles, and is a typical application of Internet of Things technology in the field of transportation system.

The Internet of Things involves transportation, automobile, information, communication and other industries, reflecting the cross-border integration of manufacturing and service industries, and is a trillion-dollar market with considerable space for development. Therefore, it is highly valued at home and abroad, and many related TOP domain names have been snatched up.

Despite the huge potential of the Telematics industry, Telematics is still in its infancy (Figure 1), and is still in the stage of connecting cars to the Internet, i.e., using the 2G/3G/4G stage, which is mainly to open up the internal and external flow of information, and to solve the problem of "through".
