Braised pork formula of authentic Chinese hamburger
Tools/Materials: Pork belly, ginger, onion, clear water, saucepan, cooking wine, soy sauce, rock sugar, star anise and fragrant leaves.
1. Pork belly is cut into 2-3cm square pieces, ginger slices and onion slices.
2. Boil a pot of water and put the pork belly into the water. The function of water is to remove the smell of blood. Blanch the meat, take it out and rinse it for later use.
3. Add a proper amount of water to the pan, and add the blanched pork belly, ginger slices and green onions. Add appropriate amount of cooking wine, light soy sauce, dark soy sauce, crystal sugar, star anise and fragrant leaves.
4. Put the saucepan on the fire, then turn to low heat and simmer slowly. It takes about 1-2 hours to stew until the meat is soft and rotten.
5. Take out the stewed braised pork, let the braised pork cool a little, then chop the meat, and the delicious braised pork is finished.
