Taking the all-round development of human beings as the highest goal of the development of socialist society is the full embodiment of the China and popularization of Marxist theory. This fully reflects the respect and attention to the people as promoters of social development.
First, human subjectivity? People around you?
Man's all-round development first emphasizes man, that is, the man who must exist as the subject. According to Marxism, the highest problem of philosophy is the problem of man, and the man mentioned here must exist as the subject. This is the premise of people's all-round free development, and only those who exist as the main body have the possibility of development. Therefore, the theory of man's all-round free development first includes the affirmation and understanding of man's subjectivity in reality.
Only the existence as the main body can develop. The relationship between these three forms is inseparable, with both fundamental consistency and many contradictions. Consistency is embodied in that no matter what kind of subject exists, it refers to the concrete individual in reality, and the most concrete expression of the three subjects in reality is the living individual with objective needs. However, there are differences between different individuals, and there are three levels and meanings intertwined, so that there are many complex contradictions between subjects. The contradictions among individuals themselves, between different individuals, between groups and between individuals, groups and human beings all make the existence of the subject face severe problems.

The operation of the whole society and its ultimate goal are to realize the interests of a few individuals. Because of irreconcilable contradictions, people's all-round development is just an illusory thing. One situation is that some people and groups have developed well, while others have not, and eventually they have emerged as a minority subject, while the vast majority of people have not obtained the subject status, so they have not developed at all. Another situation is that one aspect seems to be realized, but other aspects are far from each other, which may eventually lead to the limitation of its development by other aspects and make it difficult to promote the development of the discipline itself. In both cases, the all-round development of human beings can not be truly realized. Therefore, to promote people's all-round and free development, we must attach importance to promoting the mutual integration of the main contradictions. In reality, we attach importance not only to our existence as individuals, but also to our existence as group subjects and class subjects.
But in reality, when we talk about people's all-round development, we encounter difficulties. One situation is that some people and groups have developed well, while others have not. Another situation is that one aspect seems to have been achieved, while other aspects are far from being achieved. In these two cases, there will be huge or even irreconcilable contradictions between people and themselves, and the development of some aspects of people will be restricted, so that the all-round development of people can not be truly realized. Therefore, to promote people's all-round and free development, we must attach importance to promoting the mutual integration of the main contradictions. In reality, we should not only attach importance to the existence as an individual, but also attach importance to the existence as a group subject and quasi-subject, guarantee the interests and development conditions that an individual should obtain as any subject, and realize the good integration of the three. Third, the realization of human subjectivity? Around the needs and needs of all people?
In the final analysis, the all-round development of human beings refers to the development of human subjectivity, that is, the realization of human essential strength. People possess their overall essence in an all-round way, that is, as a complete person? Marxism holds that demand and demand are the fundamental driving force to promote social development and the internal driving force for individuals to realize their own values and meanings. As individuals and groups, there are many levels of needs and needs. Maslow's hierarchy of needs theory reveals that people have five levels of needs: physiology, safety, emotion, respect and self-realization, and the specific situation in reality is more complicated and diverse. Combined with social and historical conditions, human needs are multi-level and play a decisive role in solving human contradictions. The higher the level of human needs, the easier it is to solve the contradictions existing in the main body; The more perfect a person's needs are, the easier it is to realize his all-round development. However, because the formation and realization of demand are closely related to objective social and historical conditions, the complexity and limitations of social development may make people's needs and their understanding of their own needs at a low level, or even make mistakes. If the demand is low, it looks like a good thing on the surface, but it makes people's dominant position falter. If the demand greatly exceeds the social and historical conditions, or even seriously violates the laws of nature and social development, then we can't put forward various requirements to the society from the perspective of demand, but should examine whether the human demand is reasonable from the perspective of society and nature. If the demand itself is unreasonable, then the social practice activities to realize people's needs can not only reflect its significance and value, but may have counterproductive consequences.
Therefore, what we want to define is the standard of reasonable demand, which comes from the following aspects: natural laws, social laws, social specific historical conditions, and the actual ability of the subject itself. This is our definition of demand standards from the perspective of different levels of subjects. From the perspective of class subject, the overall interests of human beings are the same, we are facing nature, and the demand generated should also meet the requirements of nature for human beings. As a social group, human beings should abide by the basic laws of social development. As a living social individual, we should make clear our own needs and demands from the specific historical conditions of society and our own realistic conditions, otherwise it will be difficult to realize the needs, otherwise it will be in serious contradiction, and the disharmony between body and mind will lead to various psychological and ideological crises.
Fourth, the all-round development of human beings under socialist conditions.
How to realize people's all-round development and actively do a good job in modernization is still an urgent problem to be solved in China's social practice. To promote people's all-round development under the realistic conditions of our country is to create sufficient conditions for people's all-round development from all aspects.
First, vigorously develop social productive forces and provide necessary and sufficient material basis and conditions for people's all-round development. Marxist theory about the all-round development of human beings tells us that the development of human beings is accompanied by the continuous development of productive forces and social relations, which is the fundamental goal of China's modernization.
