The format of writing letters to teachers

Have you ever written a letter? Today I will share with you the format of writing letters to teachers.

A general letter can be divided into six parts: address, greeting, body, address, signature and date, and each part has a certain format.

(1) greetings. Write a line above the title, and add a colon (:) after the title to indicate that there is something to say below. Some people can also add certain qualifiers and modifiers. If you are an elder, you can add words such as "respect" and "dear" before the address. If you are a peer or a junior, you can call them by their first names.

(2) greetings. You may or may not write. Write on a new line below the address, with two spaces in front and an exclamation point behind, such as "Hello!" "Zhan Xinjia!" Wait a minute. General greetings should not be followed by salutations, that is, they should not be written in the form of "Hello Xiaoming".

(3) the text. This is the main part of the letter, and everything the writer has to say is written here. The writing of words should be clear and can be written in sections.

(4) address. After the text is written, you can write some greetings at the back of the text, or you can not write them. Salute is generally used in sets, such as "this salute!" ""Congratulations to Daan! "Wait a minute. The salutation should be written in two lines. The first half should be written in the last two spaces of the text, and the second half should be written in a space at the top, followed by an exclamation point to show the sincerity and strength of congratulations.

(5) signature. That is, write the author's name or name on the right side of a blank line or two below the eulogy.

(6) date. Write it in the bottom half of the signature. For example:? X year x month x day. Strictly speaking, the year cannot be abbreviated. For example, 1999 cannot be written as 99 years.

A model essay is attached below.

Dear Miss Gao,

Hello! How have you been recently? How's your job? Today, when I was tidying up my desk at home, I accidentally dug up some red awards. When I saw these awards, I saw your kind face in my mind. ...

You are my first teacher, sowing the seeds of hope in my young mind. You expect this seed to sprout, blossom and bear fruit soon. You give me sunshine-like care and care, dew-like moisture; You are like a sun, illuminating my childhood.

You are our teacher, but I think you are more like a loving mother because you always care about my healthy growth. I remember once, I had a nosebleed and couldn't stop it. Come to me when you know, until your nose bleeds, and drive me to the hospital quickly. At that time, you had an anxious and worried expression on your face, as if you saw your child hurt.

Everyone in the class got your help: some people found confidence with your help; Some learn to understand their parents with your help; With your help, some of them got good grades. ...

Your teachings moisten our hearts like sunshine and rain, and you will always be the most respected teacher in my heart.

I wish you:

Good health, smooth work, smooth everything!
