Steps of making lard cake

1. Yeast is dissolved in warm water. Pour in flour and knead for ten minutes. Chop fat meat and scallion, stir, add salt and make stuffing for later use.

2. Flour is fermented to twice the size and smashed into small fists.

3. Take a dough and dry it into strips. Spread a small amount of meat stuffing, fold it into slender strips on both sides of the center line, then spread lard on the slender strips and roll them up like a big roll, and it becomes a cake.

4. Play 15 minutes. After preheating, put it in an electric cooker and heat it for 5 minutes until both sides are golden yellow.
