(3) Migraine: you can take aspirin, Benadryl and other analgesics. Or codeine 30 mg orally. Can also be used ergotamine caffeine preparations, each 1/2 tablet to 1 tablet orally, and repeat after half an hour interval if needed. Ergotamine can cause constriction of the coronary blood vessels of the heart if the dose is too high, so the elderly should pay attention to the heart when taking this drug.
