What are the layouts of logistics warehouses?

Warehouse design layout form: 1, U-shaped flow, 2, linear flow. 3, T-flow. (Is this right? )

Second, the layout design of the warehouse

The layout of the warehouse includes: general layout, that is, determining the plane position and vertical height of buildings, freight yards, structures, transportation systems, attached fixed equipment and underground facilities in the warehouse, and the single layout of the warehouse, shed and auxiliary rooms. Both power supply and drainage layout are included.

1, warehouse layout

Warehouse layout is to scientifically solve the layout problem of warehouse area according to the overall design requirements of the warehouse, including the specific arrangement of the positions of main business rooms, auxiliary business rooms, office rooms, living quarters and other ancillary facilities.

The layout of the main business premises should focus on warehouses, sheds and freight yards for storing goods. The layout of the warehouse should be arranged in groups according to the category and safety nature of the goods stored. Between groups, we should also consider the nature of business, throughput and reasonable workflow.

The layout of the auxiliary business premises serves the main business premises and should be close to the main business premises. The place where packaging materials are stored should be located near the packaging place to facilitate the collection of materials; Bedding should be stored in a convenient place and close to the place where things are stored.

The layout of the living quarters in the reservoir area should generally be separated from the business premises, and separate entrances and exits should be set up.

2. Vertical layout of the warehouse

The vertical layout of the warehouse is to determine the elevation boundary of the warehouse building. When the warehouse is built, the natural undulating terrain of the site should be appropriately transformed according to local conditions to meet the requirements of loading and unloading transportation among buildings, warehouses and freight yards in the reservoir area, and the drainage problem of the site should be reasonably solved.

3, warehouse water supply and drainage layout

The water supply and drainage of the warehouse is mainly domestic water and fire water. Reservoir drainage includes two aspects:

(1) Flood control to prevent the warehouse from being flooded by floods outside the warehouse.

(2) the drainage problem in the reservoir area, that is, the domestic sewage and rainwater are discharged outside the reservoir.

4. Treatment and layout of the reservoir area

The warehouse layout should be combined with the selected material handling equipment, because the passage of product flow will mainly depend on the material handling system.
