In which dynasty and which era did Chinese winemaking technology originate?

It is said that Yi Di invented wine-making during the Xia Yu period.

The second-century B.C. history book Lu Shi Chun Qiu (The Spring and Autumn Annals of Lu Shi) says, "Yi Di made wine." The "Strategies of the Warring States," edited by Liu Xiang in the Han Dynasty, further explains, "In the past, the emperor's daughter made Yidi make wine and beautiful, and entered it into Yu, who drank it and sweetened it, and said, 'There will be a country that will drink wine in the future generations.' He said, 'The next generation will be the ones who drink wine and have a country.' So he alienated Yidi and stopped aiming at wine (Yu was an emperor of the Xia Dynasty)."

What era was Yi Di? The Shiben, Lüshi Chunqiu, and the Strategies of the Warring States all agree that he was a man of the Xia-Yu era. What exactly was his position? Was he an "artisan" in the wine-making industry, or was he one of Xia Yu's subordinates? Where was he born and where was he buried? There is no solid historical evidence. Then, how did he invent wine-making? The "Strategy of the Warring States" said: "In the past, the emperor's daughter made Yidi make wine and beautiful, into the Yu, Yu Qin and sweet, then sparing Yidi, the purpose of the wine, said: 'The next generation will be the death of his country with wine'."
