What does the indexing table mean?
A Vernier scale is an instrument used to accurately measure small distances. It consists of two parts: the main ruler and the vernier. There are certain scales on the main ruler, and there are also scales and pointers on the vernier. When the cursor moves to the main scale, the scale pointed by the pointer is compared with the scale on the main scale, and a higher-precision measurement result can be obtained.
Graduation tables are widely used in machining, manufacturing and laboratories, such as measuring length, diameter, angle, etc. In mechanical processing, the use of index tables can improve processing accuracy and reduce errors; in the laboratory, the use of index tables can also accurately measure and record experimental processes and results.
In addition to traditional manual index meters, there are now more efficient and accurate measurement tools such as electronic index meters and digital index meters. With the advancement of science and technology, the application fields and methods of indexing tables are constantly expanding and updating.
