Production technology of rapeseed oil

The production of rapeseed oil needs to go through: cleaning, frying seeds, grinding, cooking, cake wrapping, pressing and pressing.

Rapeseed oil is what we commonly call vegetable oil, also called rapeseed oil, coriander oil, rapeseed oil, sesame oil and mustard oil. It's edible oil squeezed from rapeseed. It is one of the main edible oils in China, mainly produced in the Yangtze River valley, southwest and northwest, and its output ranks first in the world.

After nearly 10 years' efforts, China has transformed the traditional rapeseed oil with high erucic acid and low quality into low erucic acid rapeseed oil with the best nutritional quality in bulk vegetable oil. By 20 10 years, the double low rate of rapeseed in China has reached over 90%.

Basic knowledge.

Rape production in China has made great progress, and the yield per mu has been continuously improved. Rapeseed oil production accounts for more than 1/3 of vegetable oil production. In addition to the Yangtze River and Pearl River basins, other regions are also vigorously developing rape planting, because it can be planted in winter fallow areas without competing with field crops.

Rapeseed oil is yellow, slightly green, smelly and spicy. Rapeseed oil after alkali refining, decoloration and deodorization is clear and transparent, with light yellow color and no peculiar smell. The flavor recovered during storage, but it was different from the original flavor (crude oil).
